Travel & Logistics Guide
1. International Flight
Fly into Tocumen International Airport (PTY) in Panama City.
2. Domestic Transfer
Transfer to Albrook Gelabert Airport (PAC) for your domestic connection to Bocas. We can seamlessly arrange a trusted private taxi driver from PTY to PAC for $35 (The driver will hold a sign reading "BOCAS DEL TORO SURFING"). Always allow at least 1.5 hours for this transfer due to city traffic.
3. Domestic Flight Booking
Book your domestic flight from Albrook (PAC) → Bocas Del Toro (BOC) via Air Panama, Fly Trip, or Sansa airlines (via San José, Costa Rica on select days).
💡 Tip: Check domestic schedules before finalizing international tickets. If staying overnight in Panama City, we highly recommend Hotel Principe (~$55-$60 via booking.com).
4. VIP Arrival in Bocas
Your airport shuttle is fully included! Our team will welcome you at BOC Airport with a personalized sign. Check-in: 3 PM | Checkout: 11 AM (On your checkout day, you can safely store your bags and continue using surfboards until your flight departure).

- > 120 Days Notice: Full 100% refund of your deposit.
- < 90 Days Notice: No refund unless we are successfully able to fill your dates/spot.
- < 60 Days Notice: (If opting to pay the balance in cash upon arrival) The full remaining balance is still due; a formal digital invoice will be issued.
- Travel Disruptions: If borders close or a Level 4 travel advisory is active with no flights into the country, you will receive a full credit certificate for future use.
